Im aware on how to proxy but my proxy has a username and password... the username is also an email address. I figure the first @ symbol inside of the email address triggers the start of the ip Code: [email protected]:[email protected]:proxyport is there a key to cancel out the @ symbol? or am i looking at it all wrong?
i was able to change my username from an email address to a simple name. Still unable to use a proxy on a bot attempting Code: USERNAME:[email protected]:PORT bot opens up and i goto what is my ip and it shows my actual IP and upon reading i found this Code: USERNAME%[email protected]:[email protected]:PORT that should work for usernames that have an @ symbol
What bot are you trying to use a username/password auth for? Anything that runs chrome will not allow for that type of auth to be automated
Thanks randy that clears that up, I'm trying EarnHoney. If i type in just the ip and port it asks for a username and password while opening chrome which seems to work.. i just don't know if i trust it.
note unless something changed all bots require residental ips these are different then vpn or data center ips
