I'm looking around and I see there are 2 GB RAM, 2 vCores Windows VPS ranging between $7 and $12 per month. I'm curious to know if these are good prices (I don't know if sellers are trusted) or there are better ones around.

This leads to the question: how much do you pay for 1 of your VPSes each month?
You're free to share your providers if you believe they're a good ones.

I usually buy a cheap dedicated server and make my own VPS. For me, my VPS usually costs 5$. Sometimes even cheaper depending if there is a sale going. I have one such dedi where the VPS cost is just 3.50$. There are a lot of places to get a good dedicated server. Just google it or try low end talk or other forums.

Eh I prefer to host my own. Bought the server to do other things and have enough cores and RAM to do dedicated VMs.

Can I ask if you create VM with exactly 2 vCores and 2GB RAM each or do you give more to them?

I usually do 4core/4GB but that's because I don't like having to restart the bots every day. Usually every couple weeks. It's also because I have enough resources to spare for them.

I understand, thank you for letting me know.. I was wondering what specs would allow the bot to run smoothly, since 2core/2GB is just a minimum requirement
