Admin agreed to 16 day total. 7 for down time and 9 for remaining days is 16 total.
You can give for 16 day working VPS or 16 day refund of $11.
You said you will let admin make decision and that’s admins decisions.

Note- he is unable to provide sufficient data also he deleted Facebook so I think ho doesn't deserve for any refund

@Temper why are you the middleman in this? I've been following this thread mostly because Trey/Zyroh tried selling me 2 VPS's. I've been waiting to read we HE has to say, not what a friend says. I find that very unprofessional. In my opinion, again, this is just MY opinion. If Trey can't come in here and explain what's going on, then I feel that a refund would be out of the question. @RandyVPS I'm not trying to step on your toes, its just my opinion. But I know from experience, that going through middlemen to dispute something, just isn't the right way to do things. Facts get lost. For instance, you tell somebody something, chances are when that person tells someone else, they are going to be missing some of the key details. We need to hear the facts directly from Trey, not a friend.

Something I don't like is that Trey tried to sell me 2 VPS's, which were set to expire on the 22nd. Which is also around the same time his VPS's would expire with @Gloria. So if he's having constant issues with the VPS's being down, why the hell would he try to sell it to me? He tried to sell to me originally for $18, then for $12, @RandyVPS you can check my Inbox. Our conversation did move to Skype after that because I was interested, but I stopped responding because I just didn't like the answer of "I don't run VPS anymore". I wouldn't purchase a VPS, then a couple days later decide I don't want to use VPS anymore. We're using bots, we need extra machines. Again thats just me, I would have found a use for it.



Of course, I am ONLY speculating that he was trying to sell me Gloria's VPS's. VPS's that he believed to be bad. I personally have not used any VPS's from Gloria, only proxies and they have been great. At the same time, I feel that the issues are also speculation. Is there proof that the VPS was down? Did he get too busy and couldn't bot? Did he try to bot and get banned? We don't know. Because this is ALL just speculation because Trey won't come in here and explain HIS side.

Regardless of whether or not he was trying to sell me a VPS that he didn't like or not. He stated that he no longer uses VPS. So why would that be Gloria's fault? Why would he be issued a refund? You can't just buy something, stop using it, then ask for a refund.

 

The VPS expire on March 28. It is still offline. That means there is more than 7 days left from now. 8 total + the 7 Randy said to provide for downtime.
As of yesterday, that is 16 day total.

You should provide 16 days of VPS or refund. Your choice but you must make one.

 

If you do not provide the service, customer is entitled to money back whether you refund or they open up a case against you.
