    Hi guys
    I deal with a guy zyroh. He first used my vps and proxy(10$) and after some day he is asking for refund. He wasted my 1 day then I told him to take refund+1$ extra for taking refund but he wanted to upgrade his vps into 18$ . I upgrade his vps bit didn't take any money and I warned him that I will not do any further business with him

    Now after 17 days , he is asking for refund again
    He already owed 4$ for using 17 days of my services see screenshot

    You should refund only if user has many issues. It is the right thing to do.

    Seems like you have tried to help.

    If he need refund then he can take when I offered but he asked after 17 days( Normally 28 days validity)
    Also he didn't pay me the full amount.
    In 17 days usage, he already owed 4$ from me

    I found out Zyroh’s side. You should refund him the money he paid you.

    Because if you offer him all those options and he still has problem with VPS, you should refund. You did what you could but still not work.

    Refund is only option and best option.

    I also offered him refund after some days of purchase but he didn't take refund also he didn't pay me for upgrade now after 17 days he is asking for refund

    I talked to Zyroh and read the entire conversation. After careful review, I still think you should refund him.

    You gave him a VPS after you upgraded it that goes offline a lot.

    Also, you did not let him pay for upgrade so you can’t hold that against him.

    You should refund and be done with it.

    He bought one vps on 20 Feb and another on 23 Feb . Asked for upgrade in March and I did after 16 March when he lost all his accounts he is asking for refund

    I talked to Zyroh and read the entire conversation. After careful review, I still think you should refund him.

    You gave him a VPS after you upgraded it that goes offline a lot.

    The reason you upgraded free was due to the fact that his VPS were offline and did not work. You can’t hold that against him, it was your offer.

    Also, you did not let him pay for upgrade so you can’t hold that against him.

    You should refund full amount and be done with it since the service you provide isn’t working.

    Will he respond to this and givr his input? If the vps was offline and he was unable to use what he purchased then he is entitled to a refund. If you offered a refund and he denied it then after some more time of it working properly then he would of got the service for too long for it to be refundable imo. I'll wait for his response

    I am his good friend and have reviewed the full conversation in depth.

    This is the current situation.

    First Zyroh bought 2 VPS and Proxy but the VPS continually freeze and go offline where he can’t connect and use them.

    After complaining to Gloria, Gloria offered full refund or free upgrade.

    Zyroh took the free upgrade for 1 full month because he just wanted working VPS.

    However, the upgrade VPS keeps needing to be fixed because it goes offline too and he can’t access it.

    After multiple fixed, he requests Gloria to refund and Gloria said that admin can make the decision.

    That summarizes the entirety of the situation.

    He told me that vps is lagg because he is using all bots option although first vps was 2 core 2.4 GHz
    In starting if March he asked for upgrade and I did upgrade for free in that time I offered him full refund+1$ for taking refund because he is the guy who wasted my Time a lot.
    I gave him 3 core of 3.4 GHz upgrade for free
    On 16 March he complained that vps is offline and he need refund. He never asked to fix it.
    Please note that he is creating new account to proof his as right
    Note- both above RL accounts that is aupportisu him are new and created in Sunday.

    That is not the case. Yes, you upgraded and promised 1 full month but within 1 days the VPS went offline again. Zyroh messaged you to fix and you did but it was only temporary. Constantly goes offline since then and to this day, Zyroh can’t access either VPS. It says it’s offline. Zyroh dosent want to deal with the issue anymore and wants full refund.

    He also says you must have terminate his VPS or the VPS is broken cause he still can’t access it. He wants refund.

    @Gloria Did you tell him to use less options? Why did the VPS connection close? Was he unable to restart it himself?
